Artistic Director Cornel Gabara hands over the directing reigns and returns to his first love - acting - in this comic jewel of a play.

Two popular Polish artists have relocated to a slum apartment in New York. But they find that working in a new language, not to mention the hours that need to be devoted simply to making a living in the city, is putting a crimp in their artistic efforts. As a series of welcome and unwelcome visitors arrive at the apartment with their own expectations of the couple, the idea that they can become successful artists in a new country becomes more and more difficult to believe. Will their passion for life, love and art win out over the cockroaches that infest their lives?
